About Recruitment notification :

Central Selection Board of Constable (CSBC Bihar) has currently  Released  about the Recruitment notification  of 902 vacancies  of Forest Guard (Vanrakshi). All the Applicable  Applicants filled there online application form for these vacancies . The Process of Submitting Online Application Form is Started From the Date 01-01-2019-20  & Handled  Till the Date 31-01-2019-20 .

About Examination :

All the Applicable  Applicants Will be Called for the Written Examination . The Date of Written (MCQ) Examination  Will be Provided Separately. Selected Applicants from the Written Examination  Will be Called for the PST/PET.



Selection Process:



  • Written Examination  (लिखित परीक्षा)
  • Physical Examination ination/ Efficiency Test (शारीरिक परीक्षण / दक्षता परीक्षा )
  • Medical Check Up (चिकित्सा जांच)
  • Written Examination  (लिखित परीक्षा)


Examination  Scheme : The Examination  Scheme  Will be as Follows:


  • The Examination  Will be Written Objective Type.
  • There Will be 100 Question in Examination . (Part – 1 (30 Questions – 120 marks), Part – 2 (25 Questions – 100 marks), Part – 3 (25 Questions – 100 marks) & Part – 4 (20 Questions – 80 marks))
  • Each Question Will be of 04 Marks.
  • The Time Duration of Examination  Will be 02 Hours.
  • Question Paper Will be based on 10+2 Standard.
  • There Will be a -ve  Marking of 1/3 Marks.
  • Question Paper Will be Bilingual i.e. Hindi & English.

Examination  Syllabus : The Examination  Syllabus Will be as Follows:


Part – 1 (30 Questions – 120 marks)

Current events of national and international importance. (6 – Questions – 24 marks)
History of India and Indian National Movement. (6 – Questions – 24 marks)
Geography – Physical, Social, Economic Geography of Bihar, India and the World. (6 – Questions – 24 marks)
Indian Polity and Governance – Constitution, Political System, Panchayati Raj, Public Policy, Rights Issues, etc. (6 – Questions – 24 marks)
Economic and Social development – Sustainable Development, Poverty, Inclusion, Demographics, Social Sector Initiatives, etc. (6 – Questions – 24 marks)

Part – 2 (25 Questions – 100 marks)

Basic numeracy (numbers and their relation, orders of magnitude etc.) – (Matriculation or equivalent level), Data interpretation (charts, graphs, tables, data sufficiency etc, – Matriculation or equivalent level) 3 (15 – Questions – 60 marks)
Logical reasoning and analytical ability. (5 – Questions – 20 marks)
General mental ability. (5 – Questions – 20 marks)

Part – 3 ( 25 Questions – 100 marks)

General science – (Matriculation or equivalent level) (20 – Questions – 80 marks)
General issues on Environment, Ecology, Bio – diversity and Climate Change – that do not require subject specialization. (5 – Questions – 20 marks)

Part – 4 (20 Questions – 80 marks)

Knowledge of Hindi language – The aim of the paper is to test the Applicants ability to read and understand serious discursive prose, and to express his ideas clearly and correctly in the language.
Comprehension of given passages.
Usage and Vocabulary.
Hindi Grammar.
